The staff, my wonderful outdoor bathroom, the food. The possibility of borrowing a bike. Wonderful surroundings.

The pool could've been cleaner. I found a dead frog in there, which I removed on the second day with it in the pool.

The friendliness, the food, the reception. My room was fantastic and the owners were great company. What a great experience!

The manager and owner are friendly and apologised for the shortcomings of the place. Location was nice in nature.

It's not a resort as advertised, and it does not look like the pictures tbh. There is no pool at this place, the pool and villa you see in the pictures is actually at another location and is the private property of the owner. Matras was uncomfortably hard. During our stay they were building new rooms which was quite noisy. The tennis court does not seem to belong to the place, during our stay it was used by the locals from the village.

The room at Rico resort was lovely and large with two beds that were very comfortable. The property is in a great location with large ponds around the grounds. We opted out of the bbq dinner and breakfast. We only stayed for one night.

There is construction going on during the day at the resort which could possibly be a bit loud. The rooms could have used more furnishings. A night stand by the bed would have been nice.

Very nice. Quiet and relaxing.

The owner is very friendly and all staff were very good service .
