Very good location. Ice machine. Vending. Comfy.

No maid service unless you asked when you checked in. Did not know that. Window AC not working. Not all tv's worked. Sliding doors out to deck very hard to lock

Good location on the river

I think they are trying to do the best they can to make it comfortable for guests but it feels neglected and needs a lot of TLC. The restaurant was not open and our coffee maker didn’t work. We get up before 7am so we had to go find coffee every morning and the free breakfast was terrible. The shower head didn’t work well and there was standing water in the tub when you took a shower.

The view

Broken toilet seat upon arrival, which pinched me several times. Housekeeping Dept. did not notice this?????? Burned out lightbulb in lamp next to the bed. My "Welcome" Sheet said the continental breakfast started at 7:00 AM when it was really 8:00 AM so I could not get breakfast prior to leaving for work. I should have gotten an additional discount for that. I received a discounted rate for the broken toilet seat. Hot tub was not usable...it was under Maintenance repairs.

Bed was confortable

Non existent breakfast. Checking in staff was not exactly friendly. For the price you should receive a lot better service and breakfast.

"This was a bad experience."

the room was large and clean

there was no hot water, so I couldn't shower the entire time I was there. Also the hotel was actually closed for half of my stay, with no staff on hand during that time and no amenities were available
