the grounds are beautiful, Awesome stuff: playground, pool, piers/docking, attached restaurant, breakfast items/snacks, coffee/tea, location. clean room/carpeting, adorable furniture/decor, lobby super cute. balcony/patios spacious.

constructive criticism and this place would be great!!! the pool had way too much chlorine in it - just breathing in the air in the pool room was rough :( I only went once out of the 4days we were there/hubby and kid only twice :-/ we were really hoping to spend more time in the pool area but were really turned off by that :( … and the floor was kind of gross, saw food debris and a big hair ball) …hope it gets remedied! we had the big suite, nice and clean but was disappointed all the windows/sliding doors were dirty, and one of the sliding door locks is busted so we had to ask for a pole to secure it. didn’t like the futon for the gathering area, a couch would be more appropriate, plus it was so squeaky lol. the lighting could be improved, very dim. simple cushion upgrade in the lobby would freshen it up :)

There were limited options available. We only used on last day prior to leaving. Coffee was good.

There could have been an easy chair in the room to watch the football game better. The restaurant was expensive. Wish we had been told to make a reservation prior to arriving as we could not get a reservation until 8:30PM We arrived at 4:30. There was only a stick un the patio door to prevent from opening.

Price. Booked a family suite with lake view, got a double on the parking lot side. The desk didn’t tell me about the change. I just got a surprise when I went to the room. Yet they still charged me the same rate. Pandemic mode continental breakfast

The Eagle River Inn was a great location, very near the downtown area. It had a rustic cabin feel to it, f perfect for vacationing in the north woods. The room had a comfortable king sized bed, a microwave, small fridge, and table and chairs in the room. There was a walk out patio to the lake with a great view.

The room was clean, the king bed was comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the very short very small toilet. Since the room is obviously for adults, we wondered why they put a child sized toilet in the bathroom.
