"Lovely peaceful location"

Excellent location. Right on the beach, off the beaten track, so nice and quiet. Only 7 caravans on site. There is plenty of wildlife about Muntjac, rabbits, and bird life. Ideal for a beach holiday or beach combing.

A little too quiet, perhaps for families with older children, but there are plenty of places to explore within a short distance, but as l was there for a peaceful break, it was perfect.

"Nice, peaceful and remote site."

It was lovely and remote, right next to the sea.

U really needed a 4 x 4 wheel drive for both approach roads. ( big potholes and sandy track.) New mattresses, quilts and pillows needed for next season.

"Great stay, great location, right on the Norfolk coast!"

Great place! Have stayed here a few times now and it’s my go to for a complete getaway steps away from the gorgeous Norfolk coastline. Well equipped, well located caravans for complete peace and quiet

Bedding could do with being replaced as it a bit smelly

"Quite location near the beach"

The caravan 04 needs updating a bit.....we would go again but perhaps in a different or more modern caravan
