The location was great

The property was poor . The room was not clean. Only 1 toilet roll between us and only 1 bathroom towel. When asked for extra towels, the staff were extremely rude back chatting us when we were there. Would not recommend using peppers Noosa. Big 4 Caravan parks were on the same standard. Finding other people’s hair throughout the unit was disgusting. Have already told a lot of people to stay away from Peppers Noosa. Overall rating, 2 stars.

Great location and very lovely and helpful staff

Room was not ready even though we were there at 2:30. When we got into the room: sand on the bed, stain in the sheets, sand in the shower, sand and food crumbs and rubbish all over the balcony. Have to pay $20 an hour you extend your stay by. Extra dissapointing considering we had to check in late. Resort pool was cold.

The apartment was comfortable, large and well equipped

The apartment (as did many) overlooked the main drive past Reception and was also ground floor, so was extremely noisy. The balcony overlooked the bin area (adjacent to Reception) so we were treated to the view of the lorries emptying the skips over our morning coffee. How the resort considers this apartment acceptable for a vacation is beyond me. Truly terrible design.
