Clean linen and towels, but overall property needed an up lift.

Beds weren’t comfortable. Woke up with back pains for the whole entire stay

Lovely surroundings and gardens , shame about the rest of it

They were resurfacing the car park, no notice given, no parking available and it went for two straight days . We were only there for three so totally ruined our trip. The chemical smell was overwhelming along with loud machines and equipment which started from 7am and went all day for both days this was right outside our balcony so no relaxing to be had you couldn’t even sit out there and no compensation offered not even a drink voucher, absolutely pathetic and totally unprofessional . The room had cobwebs and the power point next to the bed was absolutely smothered in dust and debris. It needs a proper clean not just the bed linen changed.!!!!

Staff were amazing! our two bedroom apartment overlooked the resort pool. This was lovely. The buffet breakfast was great each morning. The golfcart service to the bottom of the hill and back was brilliant! It was too hot for me to walk up the hill so I was super happy with the cart service. Be aware if you book your Peppers Resort stay through air bnb or another type of booking service the carts will not be available for you. They are only available through the resort accommodation booked through Peppers.

There was nothing to not like!

Overall the resort was good comfortable, they had upgraded our room which was very much appreciated.

There was not enough shuttles at peak times. Did not like paying $7.50 for a coffee at breakfast, that left a bad taste, only did it once.

Buggy transport to/from Hastings street. Very helpful staff.
