Open Mountain View with good outdoor pool facing the mountain. Very eager and responsive staff.

Overall nothing major - perhaps the wifi can be improved as it was out for quite a bit of time!

"Misleading Ratings online. My worst hotel experience"

Ambience .

This property appears highly rated online, but my experience was significantly below expectations. Key issues: Location & accessibility: The resort is extremely remote with a broken approach road. Ola/Uber do not service this area, which becomes a serious inconvenience. Food quality: This was the most disappointing part. The food lacked taste and had a strong, unpleasant oil smell. Even something as basic as bread and butter was of very poor quality. Service delays: Waited 15 minutes just for order taking. After placing the order, was informed 20 minutes later that items were unavailable. Basic support missing: At checkout, despite requesting assistance, no one came for 10 minutes. Had to carry luggage down the stairs myself (no lift), risking missing my cab. Misleading Pool photos: The photos are taken from an angle that pool looks standard size but actual size is very small (hardly 10 feet x 10 feet) Overall: The experience does not match the high ratings seen online. Would not recommend, especially for families or anyone expecting decent food and service.

एक निसर्गरम्य असा शांत स्टे....आठवड्याचा थकवा नाहीसा करणारा , मूड झालाच तर पाण्यात डुंबायला भाग पडणारा , नाहीतर झाडांच्या सावलीत बसवणारा किंवा हिरव्याशार हिरवळीवर अनवाणी चालायला लावणारा, मधेच बग्गीतून फिरवत लहानपण देणारा , संध्याकाळी निसर्गाच्या सानिध्यात चहा कॉफीचा आस्वाद देणारा तर रात्रीच्या थंडगार वातावरणात गरमागरम डिनर प्लान करणारा मग पुन्हा सकाळच्या प्रसन्न वातावरणात स्विमिंग पुलजवळ बसून चक्क मराठमोळा नाश्त्याचा आस्वाद देणारा परिपूर्ण स्टे जो खर्या अर्थाने 'पुष्पवाटिका' या शब्दाला जागवतो.
