Nice property and sometimes great staff

Some, usually younger staff sometimes had a really bad attitude. Can’t really guess why they were so different. Most was friendly but several at the front desk made you feel you were a nuisance. Good cleaning but sometimes we only get half the towels we had the other day. Asking at the reception was not a nice experience(twice)

The breakfast was actually the only good meal. The staff was nice. That's about it.

Change your picture and description on bookings.com because there is no Beach. This was the worst birthday vacation I ever had. I will be reaching out about a partial refund because I did not pay all that money to end up in the hospital with diverticulitis from your food. I've never had this before in my life. Also there were no dishwashers for the glasses they washed them by hand which is very unsanitary. I feel taken because again what was stated it should be was not specially not having any Beach. Again I will be reaching out to you for a partial refund. Again I am in the hospital and I have proof of this so what can you do for me because I am very very upset.

I loved the location and the staff were lovely.
