The Club Barbados - All Inclusive - Adults Only

The location was excellent. I liked the pool area and the area above the sea. Also the outside bar and cafe were fabulous.

The food was terrbile and one night we did not bother coming down for evening meal. Enids was no better. You need a new Chef

Compact hotel with direct access to sea and good water activities available; nice range of public seating areas; big choice of well-made food; decent room sizes; some good Christmas touches arranged e.g. local church steel band; small pleasant grounds within walking distance of Holetown and easy access to buses to elsewhere.

No real beach to speak of so less appropriate for unconfident swimmers (need to take care getting into the sea via steps beside rocks, with often strong currents); bands playing beside restaurant during dinner could be loud and so not conducive to conversation; staff of mixed standard/warmth, and attention to detail sometimes lacking e.g. in rooms replacement toiletries/towels not always left, shower leaked, and rooms not made up until late afternoon.

The bathroom was very awkward with the door opening inwards and was small

Location and bar staff good. Entertainment also very good.

The staff in restaurant were poor as more interested in re setting tables than looking after guests needs.

CathyAnn greeting you upon arrival sets the tone of a very positive experience. Everyone working at CB was kind, so positive and warm you can’t help but feel spoiled. Drinks are yummy and huge variety of libations make it fun. Have fun and participate in evening activities! Food is good and attempts to please all. If you are a foodie don’t set expectations too high, you are there to enjoy the full experience!!

Towels! More beach towels please!! Water toys can only come out when the water permits. Don’t blame the CB Barbados staff though, it’s a safety issue.

Food was overall very good. Endid’s atmosphere and noise level rather uncomfortable though.

Friendliness of the staff. No water sports activities due to ocean conditions - which seemed questionable at times. Constantly dirty and wet sun chair cushions. No NYE fireworks, pretty disappointing.

The location.

My third time staying at this hotel. Last time was Xmas ‘22. The deterioration of the property is shocking. Extremely and neglected everywhere. The food was tasteless and uninteresting. We dined out 6 of the 7 nights despite it being full board. The service and mannerism of the restaurant staff was appalling. Clearly zero hospitality training. There is now no access to the beach which is really so disappointing.
