Huge bedroom with all the facilities: kettle, pool, restaurant…

Power off during the night so the emergency light turned on, a bit far from the main street and other hostels (but cheap tuktuks around) and a little overpriced in my opinion (not even breakfast included)

Location, pool and staff. They cleaned the room daily and they helpful with providing motorbikes.

We didn’t like that it didn’t service and coffee and breakfast for 3/5 mornings. We didn’t like that there was no coffee in the room.

Great staff, brilliant location far enough from parties so it wasn’t loud but close enough that it was easy to get to everywhere in a few minutes.

Unfortunately there was ongoing construction during the daytime but this only lasted a couple of hours a day so didn’t bother us at all since we were out during that time.

Everyday the same

To many mosquitoes in the room. Sometimes no water in the faucets.

Food was well prepared and they had a good selection of drinks/cocktails. The bar area has an upstairs which is 'different' and worth a look for some chill time. The venue wasn't busy while we were there which suited us as this was a family trip - we almost had the pool to ourselves ! WIFI is very good with different routers located to cover both the bar and the rooms. Staff were A+++

Some daytime noise as the top floor is being rebuilt, but this wasn't excessive (electric hand tools) and the workmen had the weekend off. The previously reported problem of the shower flooding half the bathroom was still there in all 4 of the rooms our family occupied.

I liked the facade of Villa Cali. It has a nice look to it, and the pool area was enjoyable and relaxing. The location was also very convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I suppose the only thing I did not like so much was the ongoing construction which made it noisy at times. The bathroom can also be improved.
