Hard bed, tv not working, no hot water for shower

Very noisy place, unprofesional and chaotic stuff

It is close to downtown general Luna and cloud 9. The pool is nice and the communal area is cute with plants and a cute look.

The stairs up to the second/third floor are a little sketchy. There are soft patches of wood and some patches where something is leaking and pooling. The drainage in the shower is not quite right. It doesn’t stay in the shower area and flows over into the toilet area and throughout the entire bathroom. The Wi-Fi in the rooms is horrible, constantly disconnecting. When trying to look up where to go on the island this was pretty frustrating. Our original room had a broken air conditioner. The staff had us wait 20 minutes, then another hour to see if it eventually got cold. It never did and we wasted that whole time waiting around always approaching the staff for updates instead of the other way around. A lot of construction going on at the place. Piles of scraps, dirt and smells due to the construction.

Accommodating and friendly staff. They are always smiling and happy to help.

Sam and Gerald are amazing!

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Room is clean and complete with wifi, aircon, fridge etc. Bed is sooo comfy. Location is near the establishments and just a trike ride away to the famous Cloud 9. Highly recommended.
