Railay Great View Resort

The location is beautiful- very secluded and wild. Amazing breakfast selection- fruits yoghurts pastry hot food egg station. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating- I had a tiny problem with a big in my bathroom (I’m a real wimp!) and they upgraded my room free of charge and also gave me a free transfer back to the mainland. Room was beautiful, I had a huge bed and balcony. Clean and orderly. They also give you a beach bag with a roller to lie on- so useful! Amazing pool too. Would definitely recommend.

I like walking so not a problem for me but it’s about a 20 min walk to the furthest beach.

Amamos la naturaleza y poder desayunar viendo monitos ardillas varanos y demás animales salvajes para nosotros no tiene precio. Muy bonito el hotel y ubicación excelente

Era imposible acceder y no lo comunicaban en ningún sitio antes de reservar, lo comunicaban una vez hecha la reserva. Además no facilitan la llegada

The room is big with a balcony. You get to see sunrise straight from your room. Breakfast had many decent options that were tasty.

Though the toilet ceiling is leaking and not safe bc it's close to the socket. We asked for it to get looked at and even though we were promised it would be taken care of, it never was during our stay. The pool was shut down for maintenance the morning after we arrived, and remained shut down until the morning we checked out. The restaurant was also shut down for maintenence during the last part of our stay. We were provided the promised free meal that day though regardless. The walk to the main strip was 15 minutes. Not bad, though the trail is not maintained all that well. Flashlights are provided in the room, and will be needed after dark because not the whole trail is well lit after dark. Ordered room service once, the metal tray our fried rice came in had rust spots we didn't notice until after we finished the food.

La vistas están bien. Se ve limpio.

Llegue de noche, llegar al hotel luego de las 19H es complicado. Falta señalización y para llegar caminando es oscuro.

Esta alejado del centro. Al estar en la selva, hubo un "animal" por dentro de la estructura de la cabaña que no nos dejó dormir. Aunque tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos unos tapones. A la la piscina le da el sol hasta las 11 de la mañana, despues ya nada.
