Location is good

Rooms are very small and with limited hot water. Hot water during winter should be made available round the clock. Rooms are small and service needs a lot of improvement

Superb hotel with excellent ambiance and service. However, if you are traveling with a driver, I would not recommend this place. The hotel is in a remote location, and the staff does not allow drivers to stay inside the premises. In extremely cold weather, this can be very uncomfortable and unsafe for drivers, as they are left to stay outside.

Remote location with no accommodation or safe sleeping arrangement provided for drivers, especially problematic in extremely cold weather.

Staff is very courteous! Room was clean! Location was very good! Food was very good!

The cooks could not give us wheat roti during our entire stay even though it was mentioned in their food menu! Butter was just removed from the fridge prior breakfast and was hard as a rock. Breakfast, overall needs improvement. Also, there was no cupboard, wardrobe in our room! The room didn't have a mirror or a dressing table too, which was inconvenient!

The location of the hotel is excellent...the serene and calm surrounding make up for the other missing things...

Basic amenities like bathroom door latch was not working fittng and fixtures were broken,no mirror in the room.phone extension was not working.room ambience was poor.

Only the weather ... nothing at all about the hotel

- Be careful before booking this hotel :-( - The Bedsheet was used, old and black .. when I asked the staff, they said it was changed this morning.. I had to argue and ask them to get the new/washed bed sheet.. see the photo .. - I think the owner is a Momin and that's ok .. The day before check-in they asked me to make the advance payment and the QR code was of some "Rawal Singh" .. when I inquired more after check-in, he was a driver in the hotel (Staff confirmed this to me) .. So, you know what's going on here! - Right from the rooms window, one of the view was to their prayer room while in the pics you see only trees and mountain - The hotel was expensive but they didn't even have tooth brush and napkins .. :-( - I had seen their storage room and their staff were sleeping and using all the bedsheets and walking over the blankets ..
