The experience fell short of my expectations in several areas: - Misleading website pictures vs. actual property condition - Poor hygiene standards in rooms, common areas, and dining hall - Sub-par food quality and limited menu options - Exorbitant prices not reflective of quality or services It appears that the hotel prioritizes making money over providing a genuine experience. I hope you take my feedback seriously and address these issues.

The forest around the property is the best. Isolated from the rush Mahabaleshwar market. The service and the attitude of staff is amazing

I had a highly disappointing experience at this resort. There was no network connectivity or internet access, and no way to contact anyone outside the resort. The cleaning staff made me and my spouse uncomfortable by constantly staring at us. Within just two hours, I felt so unsafe and uneasy that I decided to check out, prioritizing my peace of mind over the money I had spent. The atmosphere was unsettling and unwelcoming, making it impossible to stay any longer.
