Wonderful place with beach access and kids pool. Such a relaxing stay. Spacious rooms with five star facilities. Super clean and friendly place. Splash pad for kids for extra fun

Food options and taste can be improved. Indoor activities can be held

We were extremely lucky it seems - we got a room with a sea view (far but still something), could hear the waves and felt we had more privacy with our terrace looking towards the sea. We were also lucky that the hotel was half empty making it more quiet. Their restaurant had a decent selection of food and we dined there throughout the stay. Prices were fairly reasonable for what they offered!

The room was a bit worn down but otherwise the stay was good!

Exceptional resort with absolutely excellent customer service. Lourdes gets 100% for her excellent service!

Not neatly cleaned room , stinking towels ( very old) room internal telecom service is very Poor ( it works on & off)

Ambience.. Room cleanliness. Staffs were polite

I wouldnt say I didn't like however, need few improvements on Kids play area. Add few more outdoor games / activities for kids

Great pool and room (I was on the 2nd floor very close to the Spa) Afternoon tea was provided for free. Nice touch. Breakfast choice was also very good! Dinner was a little expensive (fish dish) for the size of the meal, but it tasted nice. Location is ok, unless you want to be close to the main streets in the town.

The signal for the TV was not good, so I was not able to receive many of the foreign channels. The staff did their best to fix it, but the next morning the signal was gone again. This was not too much of an issue for me, as I was out for most of the day and evening.
