O tratamento que nós foi dado desde a portaria , as boas-vindas na entrega do carro , na recepção e o apreço ao tratamento do hóspede por todos TODOS os funcionários. Realmente exemplar !

Falta de lugar para colocar as roupas que não os cabides ( gavetas por exemplo )

para crianças muito legal , staff do hotel são muito ágil .

as piscinas deveriam ser aquecidas , não conseguimos aproveitas as outras devido estarem MUITO gelada mesmo fazendo um calor razoável sem chance de entrar nas piscinas e aproveitar mais .
