there was no towels and no staff for issues

We checked in late, and it was raining. We were harassed for the payment of the second chalet, a person couldn't even relieve themselves before payment was made.

There was NO towels available. No decent kitchen to make food. Maybe a little bit off coffee/tea/sugar/milk when you arrive to make something to drink. Bed was uncomfortable. only 1 pillow per customer, at least 2! Bedding was old Place was dirty. Old and slippery carpet in front of shower.

Owner and the staff was responding very fast and well

There was no cleaning staff to help with cleaning ,shower is not having enough water to bath,no towels no soap like nothing there,the place it's good but not well equipped .bed lined its old not clean

Nothing at all, the worst service I ever received at a Guesthouse. This is not a place for leisure

The place is soooo dirty. Our room was full of goggas and spider web all over. Our room did not have a toilet and a shower, not to mention that they did not give us towels. The place is Self-Catering, but it doesn't have the resources you need to cater for yourselves. They expected us to wash our dishes but didn't even give us the dish-clothes, let alone the dish washing liquid. The showers and toilets, ohhh Gosh... Basically if you want to experience a terrible weekend out, go to this place. The care taker is such a racist 🙄 I would never advise anyone book this place for a holiday, even for a weekend outing, more especially if you are traveling with kids, you will only traumatize your kids.
