ZAThe fact that they do not accommodation late check-in even when you call to make arrangements, I had to pay extra money for late check-in, and the other chalet was dirty that we had to stay in one house because they is no full time staff member there to clean and we have to look for somebody to clean, then they are racist because I paid key deposits then when we checked out the old guy had to take his time to check the place but my problem is he did not check the white people when they checked out and there was no enough toilet papers. To be honest I will never recommend anyone to go there due to the treatment and they refuse to refund for the dirty room that had spider webs. They need to change their attitude because they will lose the business.
ZAFriendly people. Incredible grounds! Beautiful spot for fishing. The accomodation is neat, simple, and rustic, just waht you need for a quick getaway! They very kindly upgraded us to a better room! It was pretty much exactly what I expected/paid for.
You are expected to wash your dishes before you leave, but theres no soap or dish towels etc.
