breakfast scam, hardly breakfast was served by old lady , who cant manage preparing satisfactory breakfast. and when no breakfast wny bookings are charging for breakfasts.

Crossfield is more than just a hotel; it’s a paradise in the heart of the island. My stay was absolutely incredible, and I cannot recommend it enough. ​Stunning Location: The setting is breathtaking—nestled right in the jungle yet steps away from the beach. It’s also perfectly located near restaurants and local spots, making it super convenient to explore the area. ​Exceptional Hospitality: The highlight was definitely the owner. She is a wonderful lady who makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Her attention to detail is amazing. ​The Breakfast: Spectacular! Starting the day with the breakfast she prepares is a real treat. Fresh, delicious, and made with love. ​The Rooms: Super comfortable, impeccably clean, and the air conditioning works perfectly—which is a must! ​I had a fantastic time and would come back in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for a place with soul, comfort, and a unique natural environment in Havelock, this is it. Highly recommended!

Ambience and the hotel location was good; beach is nearby, also close to the Havelock jetty. Breakfast is good.

Rooms are not well maintained; very old rooms, toilets are not cleaned regularly and so often comes with foul smells; many of the facilities were not working properly like our AC was not working properly, remotes of the TV were missing, etc., etc. You have to ask for each and everything, then it will be arranged. The support staffs are not friendly in their approaches. Since the rooms are hut shaped cottages on the ground floor, very often you will find lizards, honey bees, flies, ants and mosquitoes moving inside and outside your room. So, come prepared with necessary protections, as hotel staffs do not make any measures for that. During our stay, the kitchen was closed for their internal reasons, and we had to arrange the dinner/lunch from outside, which is often problematic. The room conditions, the facilities and the services provided by the hotel are far less with respect to the high amount it is charging per day. So, not a value for money. I do not recommend this hotel for stay.
