Glenwood Hot Springs Resort

Resort is next to the Hot Spring Pool.

Breakfast should be in hotel and not across the street in the pool building.

walking access to downtown and good restaurants. Free access to the Springs.

The staff was harried and more stressed than Friendly. But it WAS Mother’s day weekend.

Leaving in the morning

When we arrived at 9pm there was no one to be found the hotel next door customer service clerk was so rude telling me I didn’t belong and then found my info and had to meet me at the hotel next door to check me in cause the person left at 8pm and then we found roaches in our bathroom in the middle of the night and I told the clerk in the morning and paying $421 for one night with these issues is very much to be unhappy with the stay.

Breakfast was great, though not many gluten-free options.

There was no place to toast bagels. Some GF toast would've been nice with the eggs.

Breakfast was fine, it was typical quality for a Holiday Inn type location. Nothing special. Hot springs pools were really nice!

Rooms were a bit small and sparse. I'd go to the resort again, but I'd consider saving some $ by staying at another hotel and just buying day passes for the pool.

Paid $400 only to get access to public pool with millions of people
