Glenwood Hot Springs Resort

The hotel room was nice and what is included like breakfast, the pool was so Good.

The power was out for a good chunk of the day on Saturday. Not being able to enjoy the food of the town, the pool fully or the hotel. It was my husband and I anniversary gift to one another. I know it was not in any ones control in the power going out. I guess I was just expecting the hotel to give some sort of refund or discount if we decide to come back.

Amazing location.

I had a booking.com confirmation and they have No RECORD OF IT!!!!! Second time in one week!

Decorating and bedding updated and stylish. Friendly desk attendants and breakfast room hostesses. Nice to be able to use the hot springs for 2 days with a 1 night stay. Appreciated the dinner and dessert recommendations. Liked the complimentary robes in the room.

It's sort of weird to have to cross the street for breakfast. Usually hotel breakfasts are on-site. However, since you are eating next to the hot springs, we didn't mind. Must walk to get downtown--very little parking there. And the traffic downtown is mostly quiet, but the main corridor is like a highway with heavy traffic going right through main street. Unplug the alarm clock--a previous guest must have programmed ours and it went off at 6AM.

L’ accueil et le service du personnel. La qualité du déjeuner et des équipements, le frigo avec un congélateur, le coin glace avec un micro-ondes et vaisselle, ustensiles.L’ ameublement de qualité, la beauté du decor,et même les extincteurs de feu avaient de la classe!!☺️

Breakfast was good! The room Was clean and comfortable.

The WiFi was out the whole entire time we were there. Also I had to ask twice to get sheets changed due to an accident of my toddler

The hotel was nice, room comfortable w a great view. I got an email a couple of days before arrival, that the hot spring pools would be closed and I could cancel etc. This was planned, long before my recent booking and I did not appreciate booking for the hotsprings, only to find out, they would be closed, my 2 ND day. I arrived at around 4 pm not giving me much time. To enter the hotsprings, you have to go down the street and enter on the next street! How inconvenient, after traveling for hours. To leave, there was an exit, directly across from the hotel entrance, but it's too much trouble to make it convenient both ways I guess. Upon arrival, after having traveled 20 hours or so by train, I was greeted by a disengaged front desk clerk. When I asked for help w my luggage, she directed me to go around a corner, near the elevator, to get myself a luggage rack! Which I wearily did. Id never go back there. When I'm on vacation, I expect to be greeted, warmly! At least. And to tell a 62 yr old woman w a rolling suitcase, a backpack, a bag, And a lunch bag, to get the luggage cart myself, was just rude.

We stayed at the Hotel 1888 so the historic charm was nice and it was nicely updated. Staff very friendly and helpful. So nice that it was right by the hot springs pools and short walk along pedestrian bridge to historic downtown. Had nice dinner at Ming Cafe downtown and had nice walk to and around Two Rivers Park. Room was quiet and walk in shower large and easy to use.

Queen room very tight on space (understand with it being an old bldg.)
