It was nice

House keeping not keeping up with room needs. Also the sofa bed is a nightmare! Nobody can possibly sleep on it being able to feel the mattress springs digging in your body. It’s horrific!

The rooms were nicely decorated (newly remodeled). We had access to the hot springs even though we arrived at noon, which was a plus! We enjoyed all the pools and spent the afternoon soaking in them. It was conveniently located to downtown via a walking bridge. The front desk people were extremely helpful, providing us with restaurant options and helping with a billing issue.

The cost of the room seemed too high for what the property offered. As a resort, we were expecting fine dining onsite. With the hot springs, we were hoping for the opportunity to get a massage on site.

Pools are great; especially at night

Rooms are a bit simple
