The pools were great

Having to pay separately to use the athletic center when you’re paying for the resort for the night, the price is high enough it should be included

Room size is decent.

I sent a polite room request in advance asking for a quiet top-floor room facing the pool. However, upon arrival I was assigned a ground-floor room directly facing the parking lot, which was the exact opposite of my request. It was disappointing that the hotel did not acknowledge or consider the request at all. The hot springs were nice, but the room assignment and lack of attention to guest requests made the stay far less enjoyable. I would not choose this hotel again.

I Love that it is so close to the hot springs pool. The hotel prices includes the ticket to the springs.

It's difficult for me to get there. My stay was too short.
