Good location to main places to visit

Noisy especially at night as its by the main road.

Mooi hotel in tudor stijl, prachtige kamers met hemelbed en marmeren badkamer. Heerlijke high tea en vriendelijk personeel. Fantastische spa

The location, architecture, room size, bed, weather, breakfast and scenery was good, can consider a comfort stay with a good sleep and break. The pastry was good, dinner was nice.

Sound proof was epic fail, we can hear people chatting when they pass by, my second day was awake by a child cries and shouting, where their parents not really controlling, and I have to open door to stare at them only they silent. This is terribly affected the quality of the stay. Please improve. The facilities are good to have, but it is very dated, the sing k room, the microphones was a bit rusted, not so hygiene to use. The coffee machines in the room wasn't well function, and the stain in the water tank, indicate it is quite old and I suggest you all to do some improvement on it. For the food, please consider to have more variety of the cuisine, esp during peak season, we refused to go out due to terrible traffic congestion, and we have limited choice on GRAB, at the hotel, there is no menu for in house dining, and the food at the dining place only limited to western cuisine. Please improve and make the food & beverage choices better. after all, this hotel is worth to stay, at least like our situation, during the peak season/ traffic congestion period, we chose not to go anywhere and do anything, we can just choose to sleep in and walk around at the hotel.

An excellent building at a good location. Staffs are friendly and helpful . Mr Kirtan at the restaurant is an excellent waiter at the breakfast table.
