Merendeel van de personeel was top. Maar van de receptie… 1 man die onze gehele trip kan verpesten.

Kamers waren niet bepaald schoon. Bij verzoek van verschonen van kamer word er alleen bedden opgemaakt.

Bel hotel, chambre propre et spacieuse, buffet de qualité, la disponibilité de personnel et surtout nos enfants étaient de véritables petits anges et très contents .

Property was clean, had lots of facilities and activities for both children and adults.

The towel location, there should be a place at each pool where you get fresh towels daily, we ended up using the same towel for the week because everyone we went to refresh there was nobody there and reception is a long walk. The food, there was always food available which was good however it was tasteless and not enjoyable. We had to eat out everyday as the food was awful.

Nice family-oriented all-inclusive hotel in a good location and good facilities. Friendly and helping staff. Good food. Interesting design and architecture.

Rockets for tennis were of very poor quality (almost impossible to play normally), and, at the same time, hotel was charging for them 10 euro.. The hotel's beach is separate from the hotel itself and a little bit far (15 min walk), but there are regular shuttles to it.

Food was good, staff was friendly, hotel was clean.

Everything, Bravo , this hotel is wonderful for family. Before i was in Turkey in other hotels and was terrible. In this hotel everything is best - Food perfect, Drinks Perfect, Coffee perfect ( when coffee is good in hotel this means that they carry thier guests) , Hotel is very clear . Staff is very kindly and always happy . They carry about you , they are making everything for you and for your family. Bravo , i always go in this hotel when i would to travel in Turkeys . I offer you this hotel . I think owner love this place . Everything is made with love . I hope they continue this management and keep this Value . Thanks Marvida Family Eco for our holidays.
