La sécurité au niveau de la piscine mon fils de 5 ans c’est sectionné la main avec le cache vices de la rembarre de piscine il a eux 5 points de sutures j’ai dû attendre d’arriver en France pour qu’il se face opérer de la main

Large space, great service. Pools are lovely, especially water slides. Lots of free ice cream everyone loved

Did not like the food. Only the snack bar burgers were decent.

Good facilities. Staff are very friendly. Good variety of foods. Entertainment was very good.

Main entrance to hotel needs updating. Looks very dated. Entrance of property has galvanised frame entrance, and foyer looks old in comparison to rest of hotel. Majority of staff mostly speak Russian and Turkish. Only a few spoke English. Had to use phone to interpret. Nurse could not speak English either. Had to use phone again for interpreting health issue. The sofa beds in villa Appartments are unfit for use. Not at all comfortable. These need to updated and made comfortable. My main concern was that the FUN FAIR rides are not inclusive in the package. You have to per ride. Thought this was VERY expensive when I converted to pounds. This is unfair on parents as this is costly. These rides are run by a private company. Also popcorn is not included in the package either. The hotel has these dotted around. Again this is run by a private company. Feel this is unfair and should be mentioned in the brochure!.
