Kimera Lounge Hotel

Wonderful boutique hotel that strikes the perfect balance between a serene, green environment and upscale elegance. Every detail was exceptional. Breakfast and dinner in the rooftop restaurant were amazing. Highly recommended.

The Kimera Lounge is a beautiful property, spread throughout gorgeous gardens covered with pomegranate, orange and lime trees and close to the beautiful Cirali beach. The property is well located with numerous small garden restaurants serving tasty authentic Turkish cuisine all within walking distance. Cirali its self feels like Bali. Very laid back and beautiful. The rooms are extremely comfortable. We stayed in a one bedroom lodge for 10 days and provided plenty of room for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) The pool area is fantastic, the pool is huge and the loungers are so comfortable making it an ideal spot to spend the day relaxing. The breakfast was a real highlight, it was plentiful with a traditional Turkish breakfast coupled with a la carte options. Finally, the staff…they are a credit to the hotel. They are kind, considerate and attentive. I wanted to call out two staff members in particular; Veysel for his superb service at breakfast and lunch, he always had a smile on his face and was always trying to help and cater for our children. Secondly, Furkan from concierge who always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable.

The El Erizo restaurant is a treat, the dishes are excellent but the lack of options for children makes it difficult for families. Which was a shame. A gym on site would also be a great addition.

Beautiful property and grounds. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely Greyfurt suite. Pool area great. Plants and flowers beautiful. A lot of care and attention has gone into this property and continues to do so. It is in a great location across the road from the most stunning beach. It lies on the road going to the chimera.

Didn’t realise until last morning that you could request fruit at breakfast as it doesn’t show you that option on the menu. I struggled with the choices offered as it was quite rich and I would’ve enjoyed some plain eggs with toast. I showed the waitress the translation to see if they would do that and I got breaded deep fried poach eggs with chilli jam. The amount of food that is offered is incredible though but I just would’ve preferred a lighter option. My husband really enjoyed all the breakfast options.

We had a great holiday as a group of friends. This is definitely the best hotel in Cirali. We loved our rooms, and the food in the restaurants was very good, too.

When booking please take notice that the pool is not heated. At the end of September it was ice cold and the greatest issue for the kids who prefer the pool to the sea. Also the spa area is 12+, however we are grateful that the staff allowed us to use the sauna and hammam with our kids after the pool to get warm. The beach is looking a little unkempt, maybe because it is the end of the season. There is no shower and no toilet, you have to go back to the hotel for that, very disappointing. The service at breakfast was not really good. A lot of waiters do not speak neither English nor other languages well, so it was a game of guessing if they got your order right. Sometimes we had to wait for our food for 20-40 minutes. Also no body lotion in the rooms, make sure you bring yours.

Short walk to a beautiful beach with all necessary amenities. The garden between the rooms was gorgeous and give a lot of privacy to the people. Breakfast has a lot of variety and it is delicious.

The staff went above and beyond to make us both feel welcome and relaxed. We appreciated the golf cart lifts to the beach to assist with my partners disability. We found resort layout to be accessible and wheelchair friendly. We really enjoyed being able to access the swimming pool. The breakfast was amazing- not only did we enjoy a full Turkish breakfast of tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, variety of cheeses, variety of jams and preserves , bread basket, fruit, olives, tea coffee and juice. Also there was an additional breakfast choice of cooked delights all of which set us up for the day. We immediately felt relaxed in such lovely surroundings. Our delegated assistant Cem organised a trip to the local bazaar for crafts and produce. While the resort was about 15 minutes walk or wheelchair push to the village centre we found plenty of interesting places to eat and explore. Although we didn’t eat in the main restaurant our experience of Mr Pepper eatery was positive. All in all we’d love to return!
