The swimming pool is open from May until October. Pool towels can be hired from the hotel reception. Reception is open from 08:30 until 13:00 and 15:00 until 18:00. Check in time is between 15:00 to 18:00. If you will be arriving outside of these hours, please inform the hotel using the contact details on your booking confirmation. "A wonderful hidden gem in Tuscany!"

A truly hidden gem in the middle of Tuscany - even for our demanding taste. Gorgeous authentic rooms (with great AC for the summer nights!), a lovely pool area, great hosts and staff - truly a lovely, peaceful experience on a wonderful estate. The only thing we are sad about is that we did not book more nights! :-D

Great breakfast, good beds, big rooms equipped with a small stove and fridge. Great pool. The grocery store is very close - walking distance and it's pet friendly. We've really enjoyed the stay.

The rooms are not soundproof; you can hear your neighbors very clearly. Additionally, the house has wooden floors, so you can hear every step from the neighbors upstairs. The upstairs neighbors had kids who were running and jumping in their room at 1 AM. Other than that, everything was pleasant.

Very spacious and well equipped room. Super friendly staff that went out of their way to make our stay great. Good breakfast and dinner.

Spa price is very high for guests. Location- not much to walk around, busy street next to the accommodation.

The staff was the most friendly and accommodating. Always with smiles. The size of the room, the balcony, and amenities were superb. Beautiful villa and great atmosphere.

Completely subjective, but the pillows were the worst. Maybe had I asked (but it was late into the night and not sure that the front desk was available) they might have had a different selection of pillows. If not, I would suggest that they have a nice selection to choose from.

Was a very brief stay, but it was lovely. Sofia in particular was wonderful and very hospitable. The place offers a great springboard for exploring the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
