Location is good. They offer scooter rental for the same price as other places. Air conditioning works, but not when you are out of the room.

Staff is unpleasant and hostile to guests. Rooms are not sound isolated, you hear everything. Wifi is horrible, it does not work. The women who run this place, do not seem to enjoy running a hotel. This was the only hotel I've been to in Thailand that wanted to hold my passport for "incidentals". Completely crazy. I asked why they couldn't just take a photo like everywhere else. Blank stare. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PASSPORT WITH THEM. They put them all in a plastic unguarded box left in the common area. After insisting, they proposed a 1000Baht deposit. Extremely poor value.

The property owner sits in front all the rooms entry and her and the stuff are unfriendly , she speaks so loud whether it’s morning or evening she doesn’t care about people who stayed, no privacy whatsoever And the most funniest things is the breakfast they have coffee and boiled rice and biscuits. That’s all you can find in a breakfast, and it serve from 7 to 9 only and on top of that she’s sitting right in front of you with her stuff watching you eating, and how many coffee you drinking. and you have to check out your room at 10 o’clock morning because she said it’s a high season.

Especially for those who traveling with kids I highly don’t recommend this property. It’s the worst property for family. because they are not children friendly at all. I checked in one adult and two small children, three and four years old, and she have charged me separately for a child of four years old. which the child never use an extra bed or a crib my baby slept with me on the same bed, but she said it’s an additional person they are charging per person not the room. I have booked it through Booking.com for two nights, and I only stayed one night because it’s unfundable. I really don’t recommend this property at all to anyone with children or without.

Very near to the pier, room is clean and the mattress is firm (which I prefer). Overall a comfortable stay.
