Good location, clean room on check in , nice staff

I stayed for 2 nights and noone clean the room and dropped off the garbage as usually it happens in 4* hotel. There were no options for breakfast. On the second day was only rice soup and nothing else (breakfast was paid) Wi fi was not good in my room,I had to go out of room to use it.

Terribly overpriced room. Cockroaches roaming in the WC. The tomboy staff member was most unwelcoming and seems to think it’s an intrusion to have guests it seemed. Won’t be back.

It was a bit weird when we arrived to the hotel. They wanted my passport and I said I will not give it to them,it was good we could leave 1,000b for deposit. There was absolutely no sound proof, could hear the people talking downstairs. Price was way too expensive for the value. Breakfast was riceporrige and toast, you would expect a bit more for that amount of money.
