Beautiful, very quiet and comfortable place

This was an RCI week exchange for my family (me, spouse and 3 adult aged kids). Reserved a 2 bedroom unit thinking we were getting one king bed in the primary room, 2 double beds in the 2nd room and a queen pull out sofa. The 2nd room actually had 2 twin beds not as we thought that 2 of our adult child. Once we entered the room there was a gross musty urine like smell. Worse in the kitchen. This we had to endure for one week. The smell was unbearable for me having sensitivity to smell. The bedrooms are a good size but the bathrooms and kitchen were tiny. The unit is extremely outdated. Needs to be fitted and remodelled efficiently for modern times. There is no individual patio to sit outside for some fresh air. There is no lobby per se. front desk is open only until 5pm on weekdays and 7pm on weekends. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. While it’s not on the beach, it is very close about a 5 minute walk. While walking down to the beach there are restaurants and coffee shops. Stopped for Yo Mama’s ice cream several times. We would not stay here again only because of the unit.

Il luogo è bello, vicino a uno dei canali, ottimo per passeggiare.

Gli orari della segreteria, sono stati discordanti con quelli miei, purtroppo la comunicazione è stata solo per mail.

nunca me había pasado que hiciera una reserva a las 18:12 , me hacen el cobro anticipado, y llego a las 9:00 pm y la recepcion eata cerrada , no bay quien atienda. no fue posible despues de tanyas llamadas y correos que me autoeizaran el ingreso . tuve que buscar un nuevo hotel .

Como es posible que no haya gente en recepción . no pude ingresar al hotel .
