Nice central facilities with pool and hot tub 3 bbq’s and ample tables for outside dining Quiet but close to the beach Many of the guests come back every year so there is a community feeling and people are respectful.

Only downside was that the Florida room wasn’t a screened in balcony but had glass windows so we couldn’t sit outside directly from the condo. The central area makes up for this though, and i think there are other condos that do have a real balcony.

Walking distance from the beach.

Location and the size (2 bedrooms) are excellent plus free parking

Front desk is only open 9 to 5; no on-site restaurant

The room was clean, and the location was convenient. The outdoor pool area also looked nice.

The room was much smaller than advertised and did not match the photos at all. This was very disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable — my back still hurts after the stay. Overall, the room quality did not meet expectations for the price.

Loved the layout of the condo. The amenities, staff and actually the vibe is just so chill. We had a room on the lower level which was great for access to the dock and pool. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping
