GBGBThe concept of the Vedic village estate, is great however the maintenance of the properties are extremely poor. It falls below basic standards and absolutely rubbish value for money.
Extremely Poor maintenance. I had booked The aqua villa but the rooms were shabby. Bathrooms had moulds in them, furnitures had stains of glasses and plates. The sofa in the lounge looked filthy and dirty. The pool had broken tiles. Overall rubbish state of the property at more than 5 star price. I paid INR 23000 for one night, for 6 adults and 2 children. Did not include breakfast or any food. I paid INR 10,000.00 for very basic quality food. It was a rip off to be honest.

The property is inadequately maintained, with notable deficiencies in several critical areas. The facilities, including Wi-Fi connectivity, the availability of hot water, and external catering options, are substandard and limited. During our stay, we attempted to order food via Zomato; however, the delivery personnel were prohibited from entering the premises. I subsequently contacted the reception, where I encountered an unprofessional attitude from the duty manager. Furthermore, there appears to be a lack of sound control policies, as guests in the adjacent property partied and made noise until 2:00 a.m. despite our notification to the reception, which resulted in no apparent action. Additionally, two out of three televisions in our accommodation were non-functional, leaving us with only one operational smart television for our use.
INININWe were charged for ice! OMG!!! In my 35 years of travel and over 1000 room nights and 5 years was as a hotelier I have never come across a situation like this. Totally cheapskate tactics to make money. There are better ways to earn. Food was far more expensive for a hotel of such nature (4 star property though they claim to be 5 star.

Bathroom had bathtubs that is not friendly for senior citizens...also the room had damp and was leaking with water seepage, that was really pathetic

Poor staff service, eg making mistakes in taking dining orders; we had to ask the reception 5 times and wait 45 mins for.a buggy, etc. Prices of food (Rs 260 for a cup of tea) was extremely high, and quality very average.
