INThe "bhoomi" restaurant person in charge was very friendly and always ready to help. The housekeeping staff from Medinipur, didn't get his name was very diligent in his work. The bar guy was attentive, efficient. Finally,the go cart guy who gave us a tour of the property.
All the dishes in the menu is overpriced. I mean a normal plate of rice is ₹500 approx which is really unreasonable. I have travelled a decent number during my life around the world but this was the most expensive plate of rice that I consumed! Secondly, you should have a cart service for all your travellers from room to reception and vice versa. It's really painful to walk in this hot summer and access the need to places. Lastly,I stayed in a two room lake villa 619&620, there was no proper remote for the air conditioners. The flush was not proper in one of the washroom's. The sofa/couch was full of dust. Most of the lights not working.

PLThe hotel in general was a nice place to stay, clean with a really tasty breakfast. Rooms were clean and cosy with comfortable beds.
Our main problem was with getting the invoice for our business trip. We had to ask the stuff 3 weeks after we left that hotel to send us our invoice (we were told that the invoice will be send on next day after we left). Stuff ignored our messages and calls for nearly 3 weeks what caused a problems in our company. Also the location is bad, you can only travel with taxi to get there (so keep that in mind).

The two bedroom villas are disgusting to say the least, the one bedroom villa is decent but dirty.

JPAt the end waiting too long in lobby for clearance . You don't believe your customer who is paying more than 10000 per day. U want to check room before you leave your customer. Absolutely ridiculous. This should not be the behavior of a host
