The place was amazing, and the people around were very friendly. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived, and the warm pools were fantastic.

Please note that when advertising my booking, it stated that a hot tub bath was included. However, when I called to double-check, I was informed that my booking does not include the hot tub option. This was quite upsetting, as it felt like false advertising. Kindly please look into your advertising to avoid misleading future guests.

Bathroom facilities in the units need to be looked at. Eg shower heads need replacements

Mostly everything.

Broken aircon. Lights not working at the hottub. But mainly the staff arriving unannounced, don't tell you why they're there an walk in to the accomodation where all your personal things are. It would've been nice if they announced themselves before they just barged in.
