The rooms are spacious and neat

The resort is too dark, no street lighting at all which made walking in the evening impossible. Construction around the resort takes almost an hour and half to reach the gate.Breakfast was too expensive

The room, very clean, spacious with a beautiful view.

The staff (excluding the manager and receptionists) cart drivers would at times seem annoyed when we requested carts for us to be fetched from our room on several occasions. The restaurants staff were very funny and very impatient with us but friendlier to our white counterparts, which is really disappointing. A mere "hello" before serving us would go a long way. Maybe they need more training and a reminder that we all pay using the same money. I honestly felt like a stranger my entire trip. Would I go back? Definitely, but with a guarded attitude.

The location is great and saw zebras as we drove in. Had a great spa experience. The food and service at the restaurant were very good. Visited the Adventures with Elephants and had an experience of a lifetime.

Upon arrival, we were not provided with an entry code and had to phone in, which took quite some time. We had selected a check-in time of 2pm to 3pm, we arrived at 2:45pm - and reception had to check if our room was ready due to an issue with the washing machines. It would have been nice if we were notified before our arrival that there might be some delays with our room and to confirm our arrival time. I booked a junior suite with a king-size bed for a couple, and we got two separate small (3/4) beds instead. After a very relaxing spa treatment, we went to the restaurant for dinner. There was karaoke right next to the restaurant, which was very noisy. The karaoke could even be heard from our room, which was not very enjoyable given the whole ambiance of being in nature.

I loved everything, the games, the food and the spa. My favourite was the outside shower.

The rooms didn’t have microwave, maybe they should look into that.

Got assigned the wrong room by mistake. Didn't get sorted until Saturday evening by then it was pointless. Wifi wasn't working reported it many times but was not sorted 😕

they hosted like 200 boys for a goverment booking, we couldnt even swim - the boys were a lot. no privacy didnt feel like a vacation but a goverment conference. food is very expensive.

Only the Boutique hotel for dining and the golf course

We had a not so pleasant experience at the Spa. It needs to be fumigated. The restaurant and the service is not best especially for couples celebrating special occasion as they host conferences at the facility.
