We booked last minute but they accommodated our needs.

The pick up and drop off was a little slow

Food in general was not too impressive. My dinner come cold, wrong order once. Breakfast was not as good also my tea came cold as well. I feel the breakfast needs improving

There is very limited activities especially when you travel with hyper active teenagers, they have quad biking which is great but others are just not good

The place is incredibly peaceful—you experience true peace of mind as you watch the animals in their natural habitat. There's complete silence, just you and the beauty of nature.

Some amenities in the rooms were not functioning properly. The air conditioner wasn’t working, the TV wasn’t connected to DStv, and the fridge handles were broken. We also suggest informing guests in advance that the access road is a gravel road and quite bumpy—low-profile vehicles may struggle, so a bakkie or high-clearance vehicle is recommended. We understand that this is part of the nature of staying in a game reserve, but it’s helpful for guests to know beforehand—especially since some may wash their cars before the trip, unaware of the road conditions.
