1. The staff was extremely considerate. The host Sahil was extremely kind and accommodated most of our requests. 2. The rooms are adequate.

1. We were booked for a cottage, but the property seemed a little outdated, especially the insulation. The host kindly placed us in two separate rooms, which were much better. 2. Also, while the host arranged for a lot of appliances, it didn't quite have a kitchenette as advertised. With the electricity fluctuations, it was hard to cook.

Property is really amazing and clean…food is the best part of the stay…I loved all the food I ordered…it’s located 3kms from Manali bus stand …walking would be tough coz it’s steep…as it was snowing when I was there it was blissful moment by staying at -6*c …it’s best stay for solo travellers n friends…smoking allowed and staff are so friendly that you don’t have to go out for ur things they provide it

Staff behaviour was good and friendly. The manager was polite and friendly. Cleanliness was good

Geyser was not working. In minus degree temperature it was a huge problem. Geyser takes almost 1 hr to heat up water for one person. Second person has to wait another 1 hr for bathing. Plus room heater charges 300 rs per day. Location was in the outside area..and hotel photos are misleading as they have 3 property. They will show room with balcony view but our room had no belcony
