Sparsh Resort, A Boutique Stay - Just 2kms uphill from Mall Road, near Old Manali

Well maintained . Way to property is quiet confusing . Otherwise property itself is wonderful

Aproaching way to the property should be well explained in map so that it could be easily located. In snow weather parking place should be cleared by staff so that cars can come out easily without skidding to the main road.

The Stay was excellent and it was more than expected for the money we spent. That includes the room rent and also very reasonable price for food. The staff if just amazing response for every small ask. Overall I am very happy for the stay and would rate 10 of 10.

It's the issue with overall Manali resorts that hard to locate the resort but team helped us to guide to reach there. cannot depend on google all the time.

Sometimes the geyser doesn't work in the main faucet (shower).

Staff was very friendly and helped with booking and cab service quickly. Wooden duplex room was good and had beautiful Mountain View. This was booked a day before arrival. Has good backyard garden area to relax, food service is way too fast. Bed heaters were good and was not charged extra for the same.

Duplex room is at the top, so need to climb almost 3 floors. Unsuitable for parents. Also property looks a bit old from inside and can be more clean.
