Die Anlage ist ok. Breakfast could be better. The Personal are very helpfull.

Poor facility Old hotel and need serious refurbishment DEFINITELY NOT 5 STAR MORE LIKE 2/3 STAR Disappointed in housekeeping staff as they took my personal items: bangles, earrings and rings and the SO CALLED MANAGEMENT DID NOT BOTGER TO INVESTIGATE

Breakfast was fantastic, and a long enough time window for us to make it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spa staff were excellent.

Bathroom sink - something about the design made it so that water splashed out of the basin and onto the glass countertop more than it should have. Had to use a towel after each use simply to mop up the water to keep the area dry.

it's one of the oldest hotels in this area but you'd expect it to be well maintained and renovated, it's not. All pools are sea water, might be inconvenient for some. Due to its horizontal design some rooms are quite far from the lifts. A/C is too noisy, doesn't have auto mode so you'll either freeze or sweat. Beach restaurant was not sth you'd expect from a 5 star hotel, very disappointing. There is no valet service, they have open parking area and sometimes not easy to find a space.
