Please note that bell boy is not available at this property. Coming with heavy luggage will be heavy to carry and guest should require ground floor room. Early arrival will need to leave luggage at reception. Late arrival after 18:00, please contact us before arrival. Please confirm arrival time and contact details. Any booking which is uncontactable will lead to cancellation. Cleaning products are provided in guest room. Bedding will be changed after 7 nights stay or on request. There are stairs here which may not suit with anyone who injured at foot, leg, hip, or heart disease. Every room types are only for 1 person stay. "Definitely would like to get back!"

It's a great place to stay at Samui! Everything was just perfect - the location, surroundings, greatest hostess ever - Maria and security dog Mosha (was living with us for the whole stay). The only thing - there is no AC in the dining area but we got used to it after a couple of days.

The owner was very sweet and accommodating. The location is just minutes away walk from the beach which is great. There is also a 7-11 nearby. We had a mix up with booking the ferry from this accommodation but the owner helped us sort it out.

There are no plugs to charge the phone near bed and the facilities were not a 10/10. The bathroom is a bit outdated and was not super clean when we arrived. It also had a sewer smell.

The owner is very nice and helpful madam. She was washing our clothes and rent us a motorbike for free. She has also booked a transport to Koh Phangan for us. We were really really happy here. We would like to come back one time

The owner was so helpful and friendly. Showed us round the property and gave us helpful advice. Also did our laundry free of charge. Room had a nice balcony and great view. Location was good-close to the beach. AC and fan worked well.

Had trouble locking the door but worked it out the next day.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect- a short walk to Lamai beach and Lamai town. The lady who owned the property was absolutely brilliant- so friendly from the moment we arrived and makes the effort to talk to everyone while she’s out and about during the day. And she has the cutest cat! Booked us our onward travel to Koh Tao and the free bike use and washing was such a help! Cooking equipment and microwave in the communal area was helpful. Air con worked really well.

The rooms are a little dated but they are spotlessly clean and are cleaned every day too!!!

The location is a 1 minute walk to a very nice beach with restaurants and bars The host is absolutely amazing, such a sweet and helpful person that made our trip The rooms had all we needed and more
