Please note that bell boy is not available at this property. Coming with heavy luggage will be heavy to carry and guest should require ground floor room. Early arrival will need to leave luggage at reception. Late arrival after 18:00, please contact us before arrival. Please confirm arrival time and contact details. Any booking which is uncontactable will lead to cancellation. Cleaning products are provided in guest room. Bedding will be changed after 7 nights stay or on request. There are stairs here which may not suit with anyone who injured at foot, leg, hip, or heart disease. Every room types are only for 1 person stay. "Great hostess, excellent location and good basic facilities"

Location was excellent. Marsha the owner was so accommodating and really tries to look after all her guests. So helpful and kind.

Could probably do with a good team to come in and give the place a big spring clean… attention to some little things … dust louvre doors, wipe walls down clean, behind basin, throw out broken furniture…pool area could do with some soft padding on the wooden sunbeds and monitor the chemicals in pool.

The room was lovely and spacious. Had a little porch area too which was nice. The pool was great too and there is even a lookout on the property over samui which is beautiful. The owner was so kind and helpful. She also had a dog too who was the sweetest most gentle thing. The location was great - 2 min walk from beach and very near to Big C and 7-eleven. Overall loved my stay here and wish I could have stayed longer. The location is also very private and chill too.

Maria is an amazing host ! I absolutely loved staying there. She is kind and I felt home for the few weeks I was there. There is a stunning beach 1 min walk !! Don’t hesitate to book there. I love her dog Mosha <3 Thank you so much.
