This place is amazing: the room is spacious and comfortable, the staff is super attentive and the food delicious. The pool and the views are also breathtaking. I wish I could have stayed at least one more day.

Communication with the hotel before and after the stay was stressful: they wanted us to pay half of the reservation in advance, when that should have been an option during booking time. In the end we could just pay at checkout time. Also after we left they contacted me via WhatsApp and were too pushy about leaving positive reviews in multiple sites, which we were going to do anyways. This is really unnecessary and can be counterproductive. Besides this, the road up to the hotel should be better paved and the stairs to the rooms definitely need guardrails, they can be dangerous. WiFi coverage could be better too.

The food was really good. Chef is a friendly and experienced guy..

No WiFi at room..mainly, we dont have mobile data coverage in this location. I waited a long time for the checking process.

Beautiful location. Very good Staff. Cannot make any complaints. It is a really great place to stay.

Please make sure to upgrade Handrail at the restaurant area with strong support to the Walls. It is Shaking. Further, very narrow steps to go down the bed rooms area which is really dangerous specially without a hand rail even. Please extend the steps. Really hard to sleep because bedrooms are just under the kitchen and restaurant. It is a very disturbing noise as restaurant floor is made by wood and no Soundproof installation for the ceiling either. Please make sure to build a accommodation for Drivers and you can charge fair price from your guests. Otherwise no places close by for drivers accommodation.

There was a lot of noise from the restaurant that was above my room. Mostly children screaming and running.

We had the privilege of staying at Ahas Gawwa lately, and it was an amazing experience. We were greeted by a friendly and welcoming atmosphere as soon as we came through the doors, and that feeling continued throughout our stay. The staff is undoubtedly one of its greatest assets. Every member of the team, from the front desk to housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service truly made us feel like a valued guest. They did a small decoration for my Birthday and that day was a memorable one with their exceptional service. The accommodations were simply exquisite. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep.

The views, the food and the friendliness of the staff!

Some of the rooms are right below the restaurant so can be quite noisy with movement of chairs and footsteps above. I mentioned this to the staff on the first night and they moved my room - so they were very helpful and I appreciated the room change. That being said, if you’re not planning to spend much time in the room it won’t matter.
