Very amiable staff. The pool was great. The views were super and we got to see a wide variety of butterflies.

On arrival our balcony door would not lock and light bulbs needed replacing. The shower was usually cold and the room noisy. The location was far more secluded than we expected with difficult access.

The location is beautiful…really stunning… The food was really good…

The staff weren’t motivated… Our room wasn’t clean at all…despite being the most expensive room..there was rubbish in the cupboards, the fridge was horrid… We discussed all of this with the staff……

Location and View. Room was cozy and spacious. Staff was friendly and flexible.

Better if they can improve landscaping and things to do and food.

Perfect location if you need a hideaway from city routine. The hotel is located in the forest and there are no other building (there is a couple, but in a distance anyway), so it is perfectly quiet
