"Shuttle is handy, friendly staff"

The resort provides free shuttle, pick ups, drop offs which are very handy. We also booked private car tour with them which was reasonably priced. They respond almost immediately to the WhatsApp messages. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help guests.

Friendly and accommodating staff.

We stayed 3 nights in their family room but unfortunately we had problem with toilet bowl which is a bit inconvenient specially with a child. Even tho they have free shuttle service I find the location inconvenient.

Great resort, brilliant helpful staff, the whole stay was wonderful. We felt taken care of. The resort has great chefs, we ate at the restaurant every day, it was delicious. The hotel provides a scooter, it's very useful. The facility is super located, very close to Momo beach. Hot water and good pressure in the shower, the room is clean, drinking water is available free of charge. Mario resort was the first stop on our honeymoon and we really couldn't have found a better place. Thank you very much for everything.

"Relaxing stay and close to the airport."

Very nice and helpful staff. Room clean and comfortable.

A bit far from everything/town. Not much to do at the property. Beach not good for swimming.

"Amazing stay in Panglao"

The people that work here are kind efficient and go out of their way to help guests..they offer free shuttle to Alona beach and anywhere in town you wish to visit or tour.My husband enjoyed the motorbike they loan as needed.We will come back here because of great costumer service and cleanliness of the place

They upgraded our rooms for free. They have breakfast buffet and karaoke room. The beach is in walking distance outside the resort but you ride their motorbike for free. Free use of snorkeling device and free shuttle from and to your destination. The staffs are very acommodating and kind.

You need to walk to the beach and no gym.

Super friendly staff, clean & comfy, and very very nice services! Provided with free scooter and shutter bus for yr ease to travel around and to the city. Diving package with the resort is worthy to go with.

Too good to complaint anything. 😂
