Mario Dive Resort

Staff are so friendly and the owner is very involved. The location is a bit remote but facility provides shuttle services to several major attraction places.

Room is furnished a bit simply especially the setup inside of the bathroom is pretty awkward for people to move around with the sink right next to the toilet seat. I bumped my head on the sink.

We are family of four stayed for 4 nights at Mairo’s place. The management of the resort is impressive, room is spotlessly clean and spacious, the resort itself is quiet which is perfect for families, tho the location isn’t walkable to most of the tourist attractions, but they offer free shuttle service to anywhere on the island at any time. The staffs are very helpful and attention to detail. Walking distance to Momo beach which is quiet too, there are some locals living alone the beach and therefore trashes here and there, but we did find a spot which is clean with fine sandy beach, turquoise colored water just to ourselves. All in all we had a nice stay and would recommend anyone come to Panglao.

We liked that it was very quiet and away from the noise and we could sleep peacefully at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful to our needs. They offer free shuttle service to and from Alona beach. 10pm is the last pick up and they even called me to ensure we were picked up. On one of our shark whale trip, they provided us with snorkels and towels.

Not sure if it was because of the hotel or something else, but my daughters woke up with lots of bites on their body. Not sure if there was bed bugs on the bed or not.

The customer focus of the staff is just wow! They accommodated all our needs, within and beyond the usual hotel scope of services. Free transportation around, complimentary late checkout, efficient coordination with transport and tour providers. We also tried diving experience they provide and were very satisfied with the attention and professionalism they handled the service. Personal thanks to the resort manager Ann.

They are providing great service in the resort, from transport, free scooter renting, giving information, food…everything was really done with passion! I could check-in early to my room to do a dive with them und the morning; AC was really good and silent.
