Montecarlo Villas Panglao

Loved that the day bed had clean sheets and that our pool was private. The bathroom was very clean and the water was hot. They provided free transportation to nearby beaches which helped when needed.

The place seems a little dated, pictures do more justice than what it is. The aircon filter was very dirty. The shuttle to the airport is overpriced so we sourced other transportation.

I think the pool villas, at least no 2 which I stayed in needs a bit of Maintenance. The pool was great, and well worth getting a private pool villa.

Loved the vibe of this villa so clean and lovely pool tk wake up to each morning the floating breakfast is a must 👌

Only think was missing was little things like bathrobes and better bedroom lighting at night.

The concept of the villas is good. The location from town good.

Booked for 4 adults and 2 Children. In the facilities we were told the villa had a lounge room with sofa and sofa bed for my 2 older children to sleep on, with the 4 adults sharing the 2 bedrooms with 1 couple per room per queen bed.However this was not the case. The villas told us that the day bed next to the pool outside was for my children! How scandalous! The double mattress wouldn’t even fit on the floor in our bedroom! There was no solution made by the staff, no manager, no owner and no one really cared! My 15 year old and 10 year old slept on 2 single mattresses on the floor in our bedroom for 6 nights, when we paid top price! The facilities were also described as having a kitchen and kitchenette. This consisted of one wok and one rice cooker for 2 people and one double gas burner and a fridge. Cups, plates, cutlery all for 4 people. Were my children suppose to eat off the floor with their hands? No towels provided for them either. Rooms need repair they are quite run down. No offer of assistance what’s so ever and we were not able to change hotels due to it being Boxing Day and the New Years Eve week! Not even Booking.Com offered any help! Very disappointed and disgusted by Montecarlo Villas and Booking.Com!

Rooms are set in lovely tropical gardens and gives the property a nice ambiance

Location was ok but a little far from General Luna. Room could use some minor maintenance.

Great location and nice and private. Always a shuttle bus available to take you to the beach and the bar's at night.
