The private pool was clean and nice. Staff is very helpful. There are plates/glasses/utensils provided.

Facilities are ok but need to be maintained or refreshed. Like bidets and showers have rust on them. Also, the light went out and the sink is leaking in one of the rooms. The shuttle to Alona beach wasn’t available and we weren’t advised in advance. No other shuttle was provided.

The property was comfortable and clean.

Far from Tagbilaran and any major grocery stores and restaurants. You need a car to stay here. Their shuttle to Alona was not available when we were staying there.

The private pool was great and rooms were fine.

The shuttle service wasn’t available and no alternative arrangements were offered other than to pay for our own transportation to and from the beach which increased our costs by 2000php. The extra bed was a mattress on the floor which also came at an additional cost.

The villa was amazing, we also rented a scooter for a reasonable price, so I can recommend it. The pool seemed clean and when we were checking out, I could spot a lady cleaning it. It was a truly amazing experience and I can recommend, the villa is truly private.

The shower head was broken, so we were forced to use the big one above your head. The villas also offer a massage company, we ordered two, but when only one arrived, she told us there is going to be a second one coming shortly. She arrived one hour later, which was unacceptable since she arrived at midnight and we had an early check-out.
