All of the staff member I interacted were great, but I wanted to highlight that couple of people especially. Ebrar from the Secret beach, amazing server, always friendly and smiling. The receptionist who upgraded our rooms, and the lovely people in the people's restourant. All great people. Would love to return back.

Amazing and absolutely beautiful

Just the food was sub optimal. The main buffet restaurant was nice but food was not hot, and felt poor. The people’s restaurant was better but still not great. The hotel could offer maybe some club sandwiches or wraps for lunch. Maybe a more refined menu in the buffet restaurant with better quality meats like steaks, chicken breast rather than boned chicken etc!! I Lost weight in the week we stayed but everything else was perfect. Drinks were lovely, snacks were good, everywhere was spotless. Entertainment was also good. The secret beach was amazing and we didn’t spend anything while we stayed there. Would definitely go back

Lovely pool, lovely beach, fun boat to the beach. Great location. Nice drinks on offer. Good gym.

Rooms are a little tired. Not enough staff at pool bar so service is slow. Cats in the restaurant and people feeding them. Not enough à la carte options without additional charge.

My phone was stolen at the hotel, and the staff were completely unhelpful.
