Could have been more All inclusive options for food. An indoor lounge area

Great location and hotel complex with a lot of greens and trees. Nice hard beds. Comfortable room and terrace. Included boat tour for two hours, and a great thanks that there was no music on the boat, so we were able to enjoy the fantastic sceneries. The beach reached by boat to Rixos Club privé was also very nice. Much too loud music from the gym, attended by one person or so. Open doors...

The food. In the morning, it was impossible to get a decent coffee Espresso, Caffè latte, or Cappuccino. The coffee was undrincable in the Peoples restaurant. You could get better coffee after breakfast at the so-called patisserie (Starbucks)

Dear Rixos Team, Thank you so much for an absolutely wonderful stay in Göcek. From start to finish, the service was truly five-star in every area, and it made our experience incredibly special. We would especially like to mention the gentleman at the pool bar, who was simply outstanding. He spoke so softly and was consistently polite, going above and beyond to cater to everyone’s needs. His thoughtful gesture of bringing each guest a bottle of water first thing in the morning was such a lovely touch and really set the tone for the day. Even though the weather wasn’t at its best, our stay was nothing short of exceptional thanks to your incredible team and hospitality. They were only just setting up for high season, 1 month later and the setting would have been even better!
